Immigration Filings if necessary (tourism stay extension)

Booking of medical appointments

Collection of all Guest Rental Payments, as coordinated and instructed by the Booking Agent.

Process all rental income or refunds.

File all Belize Tourism Board (BTB) reports and payments timely.

File and pay all Business Tax reports and payments timely.

Pay annual property tax payments.

Pay all utility bills, including electricity, cable, water, phone, etc.

Pay all employees and timely pay and file reports for Social Security and Income Tax as required.

Manage QuickBooks account, including the entry of income and expenses, and balance the account against the bank’s monthly statements.

Services under this category are available to properties under a management agreement of independent properties. All services can be offered on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis

Basic Housekeeping includes - vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, high and low dusting, cleaning door handles and light fixtures, dusting and cleaning windows, window sills and ledges, changing linen, cleaning kitchen appliances on the outside (the microwave is cleaned inside as well), wiping countertops and outside of kitchen cabinets, doing dishes, cleaning and disinfecting the toilet, cleaning the sink, bathtubs, and shower

Basic Landscaping includes - lawn mowing and raking, general maintenance of plants, pruning of hedges if applicable, and surface cleaning of the pool if applicable
